The project involved the construction of a new retaining wall to create pedestrian access to the building, along with landscape works all construction was the most critical which included the detail excavation, footing, post and sleeper installation, drainage work, backfilling …etc

After completion, the space has a completely new look and pedestrians are able to safely access the building.
